  • Abraham Farag was the Technical lead for Original Apple Pro mouse that replaced the Round USB Mouse.
    He managed the ME, EE, Ergonomic testing. He was a co-inventor of the no button mouse design that has been used in over 40 million shipped mice wordwide. Steve Jobs announced it at Mac World July 2000 by saying “Today Apple has gone from having the worlds worst mouse to the worlds best mouse.” Abraham designed all the custom parts & mechanisms: Including the unique Click system & force adjustment.


  • Abraham Farag was the Product Design lead for the original Apple Wireless mouse. Released in sept 2003. Abraham designed all the custom parts & mechanisms: Including the door, lens cover. Click & force adjustment system.

  • Abraham Farag also did Extensive design investigations for multi-Button & scrolling mice. Designed & Built capacitive sensor mult- button mice. Designed & Built scrolling mice that became the inspiration & design guide for the IPOD scrool wheel.


    • Roles on all projects: Extensive experience managing overseas vendors.
    Designed products in ProEngineer (ProE) & Unigraphics (UG NX): Expert at plastic enclosure design, prototype process, design for assembly, tooling, mechanisms, system design.
    Traveled extensively for manufacturing in India, Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Germany, & the USA.
    Received 5 patents for apple input devices.
